Jersey Evening Post press coverage of our Gluten-free Chef of the Year 2012

Following the announcement of our Gluten-free Chef of the Year 2012 winner here, we have received some fantastic press coverage of the event in the Jersey Evening Post.

The competition winner, Jose Manual De Freitas, Second Chef at the Four Seasons Health Care (FSHC), Silver Springs Care Home in Jersey, took part in the live cook off on November 12 alongside 5 other finalists.

The competition was part of our Eating Out campaign to raise awareness of the need for gluten-free and to get suitable gluten-free food on menus up and down the country.
