Protein Balls with GoFree Rice Pops

Ingredients

  • 100g (4oz) almonds
  • 75g (3oz) Nestlé GoFree Rice Pops
  • 150g (6oz) soft dates
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter 

Method

  1. Place the almonds and Nestlé GoFree Rice Pops into a food processor and blend for a minute or so until they are crushed. Then add the dates, cocoa, coconut oil, and almond butter to the almond mix, and blend until the mix is combined
  2. Roll the mix into 12 balls
  3. Place these in the fridge for an hour or so to set. They can then be stored in the fridge.
