Prosciutto and goats cheese pizza

Ingredients

For the dough:
  • 190mls water
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 60mls oil
  • 1 egg + 1 egg white
  • 450g gluten free bread flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast*
For the topping:
  • Tomato pizza sauce topping*
  • 50-75g Cheddar cheese
  • 50-75g Goats cheese
  • 70g prosciutto

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed
  2. Set the breadmaker to PIZZA DOUGH program for 45 minutes
  3. Remove the dough from the pan using a spatula, the dough will be a little sticky so lightly flour the worktop and your hands with gluten free flour
  4. Shape into two thin pizza bases
  5. Pre heat the oven to 220C and cook the bases for 10-12 minutes
  6. Remove the bases from the oven, spread the pizza sauce topping over the base and sprinkle the cheddar cheese.
  7. Arrange the goats cheese and prosciutto over the top and bake for a further 10-15 minutes, until lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
