Walnut dinner rolls

Ingredients

  • 190mls water
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 60mls oil
  • 1 egg plus 1 egg white (save the yolk for the glaze)
  • 450g gluten free bread flour*
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast*
  • 100g chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed
  2. Set the breadmaker to the PIZZA DOUGH program, 45 minutes
  3. Remove the dough from the pan using a spatula, the dough will be a little sticky so lightly flour the worktop and your hands with gluten free flour
  4. Shape into 10-12 rolls and prove for 20 minutes
  5. Mix the egg yolk with a little milk, water or oil and glaze the rolls
  6. Bake at 220C for 10-12 minutes.
