Banana and Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100g (3½oz) small ripe banana
  • 250ml (8fl.oz) semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 small ripe mango, peeled, stoned and diced

Method

  1. Peel and slice the banana, then put the slices into a freezer container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight
  2. Put the chilled banana slices into a food processor or blender with the milk and mango and whizz until thick and frothy
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
