Apricot and Sultana Loaf

1 mug sultanas
1 mug dried, cut up, apricots
1 mug dark brown sugar
1 mug water

Heat all of the above in saucepan and simmer for a few minutes leave to cool for 5 minutes
Add 1 lightly beaten egg
1 ¾ cups Juvela mix
Stir Well
Put in greased and lined loaf tin
Bake 180 for 50 minutes approximately
